Like the name says, this class will make you feel strong and ready to face whatever the world throws at you. Through slow and steady hypertrophic movements, this 45-minute class focuses on building muscle and all-around toning.

 

Spindigo: Cycling + Strength

Our signature Spindigo method consists of half indoor cycling + half strength training, using modern bikes, resistance bands, dumbbells, and body weight. The class is 60 minutes and intended for all fitness levels.

Our 45-minute pure cardio cycling class with hills, jogs, and sprints.
